Hannah Nakawatase
Hi, I’m hannah, a mom, certified Pilates instructor, and lifelong enthusiast of movement and creativity. Growing up, I trained in ballet and figure skating, and I’ve always enjoyed activities like skiing, golfing, and painting. After spending five years building a supportive community for women’s wellness and championing women-owned small businesses, I’ve shifted my focus post-baby to Pilates, with a side of boxing and consulting.
Pilates has become an essential part of my life, providing the strength and mobility I need to keep up with my toddler and continue enjoying my favourite activities. I’m passionate about helping others find the same benefits and joy through movement.
